The term was originated from the online game TV advertisement. The official meaning is to describe obvious feeling of killing attempt (殺氣很大). After the term became popular, general public has re-define the term as an expression to describe drop dead gorgeous, overly performed certain action, or unexpected behavior

針對這個解釋, 本人有個小小的見解, 如果有誤, 也請大家糾正及指教:
a person who is so excellent that makes people shock and unexpect

因為這位會員將這個字定義為形容詞, 所以建議在前面加 to describe, 以及在people 後面加上feel, 以及shock+ed, unexpect+ed. 文法上, 當形容一段事實的時候, 是可以用過去式的 (+ed)
