| | 評 論 | Jim Carrey's performance in this movie was really terrific, and although there were a few scenes that featured his trademark silly face routine, many other scenes demonstrated what a fine actor he really is. One scene in particular that stands out in my mind is towards the end, when he begins to realize the true scope of his situation - the editing of the scene hides his face throughout, and the viewer can still feel his pain.
Truly a great film that rightly deserves to be in the IMDB Top 250, and it's sad that Carrey didn't at least get an Oscar nomination for his work.

| | 摘 抄 本 | 美國第33任總統杜魯門的英文名字書寫為Harry S Truman，按《遠東英漢大辭典》的該名詞之國際音標可以有兩種讀音’tru:men和’trumen，和"杜魯門"較為貼近的中文發音與書寫除了"丘曼"，還有更貼近的"楚門"譯例。美國著名電影The Truman show，所見中譯有《楚門的世界》和《真人show》兩種，按該片主題隱喻，Truman既然是英文人名，片名更取之為"真人"的含義。我以為取這兩中譯片名合二而一《真人的世界》，似乎較貼切。但若將所有Trnman規範化為"杜魯門"一種中譯，則該影片中譯《杜魯門的世界》，極易被誤以為是美國總統杜魯門的傳記影片。若中文為《楚門的世界》或《丘曼的世界》，則無此嫌疑。
