Leisure quotient（LQ）is an index used to describe the ability to relax and play, which psychologists say is important to contentment and future achievement. The term comes from IQ for intelligence quotient and the more recent EQ for emotional quotient. （LQ這種說法來源於IQ（智商）和近幾年比較熱門的EQ（情商）的表達形式。）
