名詞: n.
Developed by Australian scientist Entwisle, is a combination of spring and summer together with new word “sprinter” indicating an early spring. The term refers to the season between spring and summer, the suggested additional period that is not clearly differentiated from the conventional four. Entwisle has argued that Australia requires five or six seasons to help people better understand their environment and monitor signs of climate change rather than the “arbitrary” four currently in use.
